Selected materials, state-of-the- production

Our agricultural implements need to work reliably even under extremely harsh conditions. That's why we don't leave anything to chance in our production. We currently focus on superior quality when selecting special steels, enabling us to achieve exceptional strength and wear resistance.

Hardening and Annealing

All parts that will be subject to wear are subjected to heat treatment process by our experienced team. This allows our products to be used for a longer period of time.

Painting

All parts are subjected to sandblasting process in order to prevent corrosion before painting and to make the appearance better. We have a wet paint facility within our company and we are increasing our paint quality day by day.

Quality assurance

After final assembly by our highly skilled workers, the equipment undergoes rigorous inspection for quality assurance. This is a process that Turan gives very high priority throughout the entire production cycle to maintain consistently high quality.
